Spotted something you’d love to use? Many of Jade’s existing illustrations are available for licensing. Whether it’s for a publication, product, or campaign, just drop us an email to check availability.

Don’t forget to include how you plan to use the artwork, such as the scope of usage, exclusivity, territory, and duration. This helps us provide a more accurate quote and licensing terms.

File type

Jade illustrates digitally using Photoshop and a Wacom tablet, working in high-resolution raster files to create artwork with rich textures and a personal touch. For large-scale print projects, she can provide artwork in suitably large dimensions to ensure clarity and prevent pixelation.

Unfortunately vector files are not available at this time.

Process

While each project type, such as children’s book illustration, merchandise, or custom artwork, may differ slightly in its workflow, they generally follow the process below:

Step 1: Inquire

Please email us with your project details, including the intended usage, timeline, and whether expedited delivery is required. The more specific the information, the more accurately we can provide a tailored quote.

Step 2: Collaborate

Once the project is booked and scheduled, we’ll begin the creative process with the following:

  1. Project brief discussion

  2. Initial black-and-white sketch concepts

  3. Confirm the sketch and request revisions, if needed*

  4. Confirm illustration style and color direction

  5. Final artwork delivery, with minor adjustments if necessary
    (At this stage, revisions are typically limited to color tweaks, as the layout is already established.)

    *Depending on the project, coloured sketches and additional revisions are available for larger-scale projects requiring a more in-depth approval process.

Children’s Book Illustration

  • We offer a comprehensive illustration service tailored for children’s books, including art license, providing everything you need to get your book ready for printing and production.

    Our services include: illustration and visual storytelling, typography and typesetting, colouring pages, sticker designs, and more.

  • Most of our clients invest between SGD 3,500 to 6,500 for a fully illustrated 32-page children’s book, from concept to final artwork and print-ready file.

    Quotes are calculated based on the complexity and estimated man-hours of each project. E.g., a detailed scene of a classroom full of children will cost more than a simpler illustration of a table with three children.

Customs Art (Personal usage)

  • We offer custom illustrations for personal use, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, nursery decor, or simply bringing your ideas to life.

    Characters can be thoughtfully designed to resemble you or your loved ones, adding a personal touch to every piece. Each illustration is delivered as a high-resolution digital file (PDF, PNG, or JPEG), ready for printing or display.
