Approach: I created a custom illustration for a child’s 1st birthday, featuring a whimsical mermaid character inspired by the client’s daughter. I used a dreamy colour palette, with deep blue as the main tone and soft accents of yellow and pink, to create a gentle, magical atmosphere.
